We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hedgren purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the item is in its original, unused state.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
